go ahead. take a slow walk. look for a spot under a tree. & lie down. watch the leaves flutter in the slight breeze. let the parts of your body that are touched by the sun rays, bake. listen to your body...fall a s l e e p. forget everything. rest. be.
Oh, what a wonderful post. I did just this today - I allowed myself 30 mins amidst all the studying to just lay outside and watch the clouds. It's what got me through the craziness!
