doodles.

i have this thing with ultra fine point sharpies and using them to adorn my left arm. it started with writing notes on my arm to remember all those little things i kept forgetting, then to remember meaningful quotes or insights, (and then there were the occasional numbers or emails,) and then one day, it turned into a way for me to visually capture spoken words that grabbed my attention. one time, i spent a whole week at a conference taking notes on my arm! (that post is on its way.)  the pictures below are my most recent doodles inspired by an artistic church service that created a really creative space for reflection. so i sat there and drew. on my arm.
