the farm | cauli's growing!

ok, the cauliflower's getting bigger and it's truly adorable! can't wait for them to get huge so i can roast them. yum.



this is the one i posted about last time, but look what's happened to it in just a week or so. :(

    They are beautiful! Unfortunately, the one on the right is starting to bolt. (Make flowers and seeds.) Even though they are so little, I think that they are ready to eat now. : (

    To your credit, cauliflower is a finicky plant needing consistent weather and moisture. I'm afraid that our warm/dry winter and then cold/wet spring threw it out of whack. : (
